This FREE Webinar is the first in a series being brought to you by the International Project Management Day. “A mind map is a diagram used to represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items linked to and arranged around a central key word or idea”. Mind mapping software allows users to brainstorm and visualize ideas quickly and easily. Project teams are more productive, accelerate project planning and facilitate collaboration. This presentation presents how successful project teams utilize mind mapping software to brainstorm project scope, develop the WBS, draft proposal framework, and leverage scope planning to create project planning documents. The presentation provides an introduction to mind mapping and includes examples and applications of mind mapping to develop project planning documents.
